Orders delivery times:
– UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
– UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are presented in our signature Jemira Co packaging - designed to protect your jewellery and elevate your unboxing experience.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery unless the item is faulty.
Each piece undergoes a quality check before dispatch, but if you receive an item that’s damaged in transit or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery at info@jemiraco.com.
We’ll review the issue and, if confirmed faulty, arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
